01 How much do you charge?
Consultations are free. Most personal injury and hurricane claims are handled on contingency, so you pay nothing unless we recover. Family, criminal, and probate matters are flat fee or hourly; payment plans available, and we accept all major credit cards.
02 Will my case go to trial?
Most matters resolve without trial. When trial is the right move, I prepare every case as if it will be. That preparation is usually why the other side settles.
03 How long will my case take?
It depends on the matter and the parties involved. At our first meeting I will give you an honest timeline and update you at every milestone.
04 Do you handle cases outside of Orange County?
Yes. I represent clients across Southeast Texas, including Jefferson, Newton, Hardin, and Jasper counties, and in select matters statewide.
